I successfully recruited the aid of the prosecuting attorney and was able to settle out of court saving the client between $500,000 to $1.5 million.• Constructed, and leased a warehouse valued at $500,000 with a total project management service.• Made improvements to a building and office space that including portioning, cabling, metering, and interior upgrades. Worked with tenant from initial contact phase to current property management.

Responsible to bid on projects, beyond the scope of Precision Panel; while still integrating energy efficient building methods when economically and environmentally feasible. Responsible for bidding on all projects, contracting with subcontractors, designing projects, material selections, simple engineering calculations, inspections, permitting, and project management. Managed all operations, preparation of quarterly and annual income tax returns, accounts payable and receivable.Project examples:• 20,000 square foot energy efficient roof retrofit.• Implementation of site plan storm drain system including pipe and water control structures.

Foreman SuperintendentGreen General Contractor; scope of work included project management, sales, bidding and contracting of new construction and remodel projects. Ensured the proper coordination of jobsites, contractors, some LEED compliance, building code compliance, building inspections and contract procedures. Boom truck operation 65', responsible for job site safety, plan changes, manufacturing and quality control. Trained and educated subcontractors and new employees on Structural Insulated Panels as well as other Green building standards and methodologies. Create and maintain safety plans at all jobsites. Travel throughout Washington to various jobsites and establish relationships with local subcontractors. Manage all disbursements and inspection of subcontractor work as well as scheduling.

Started this position as a specialty collector for accounts ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands. During my time at this company I assisted CFO directly. Quickly, I became responsible for all of A/P, A/R, collections, purchasing, managing expense accounts such as travel and company phones for approximately 50 employees, coordinating shipments with large deposits, computer network and security, database backups, documenting incoming and outgoing international freight, and negotiating payment contracts. I also created custom financial reports by retrieving and manipulating data from a database system.

Started work here as a customer service representative with increasing responsibility. Eventually began assisting case managers with approval and determining benefit eligibility for pre and post authorized requests. Created a customer service training manual for Spanish speaking service reps.
