•Type and distribute all reports, recaps, memos, trip notes, new store packages, lease synopsis, flow charts, confidential documents, check requests, confidential documents, travel schedules and any other various materials assigned for Real Estate Reps, Director, Renewal Manager, Construction Manager and Vice President of Real Estate Department•Data entry in Microsoft Access of detailed information for monthly and variance reports, meetings, tenant allowance checks and invoices• Process and maintain all Certificates of Insurance regarding property and general liability for every Sally Beauty nationwide•Communicate with Insurance Brokers and Landlords to ensure Insurance is in compliance according to the lease for a particular store• Log, process, review and execute time- sensitive legal documents in regards to store location/leases for accurate information regarding Estoppels (refinancing documents for shopping center) •Order all supplies for entire department and performed monthly inventory of supplies•Communicate and follow up with IT department when equipment is to be ordered or repaired and ensure all equipment in department is properly running •Coordinate with managers in ensuring all entry paper work
