Document Controller
CurrentCoordinate all aspects of document management, including electronic submittals, transmittals, correspondence, drawings and reports. Facilitate alignment with the project timeline by maintaining updated project logs and electronic document management systems. Manage electronic document & records management system (EDRMS), including filing, copying, scanning and maintaining records per document control procedures. Ensure reporting requirements are met, involving accurate and timely processing of data reports, compliance with contractor submittal approvals and document distribution matrix. Serve as a key communication point for managers, engineers, consultants and contractors to maximize project communication and expedite priority items as needed. Provided clerical and administrative support to the Deputy Director General’s office.
