We provide a unique monthly round table meeting for Christian presidents, CEO’s and owners.When I became a Chapter President in January of 2014, it was a journey that was 10 years in the making. God had been positioning me in different capacities with a focus on leadership and faith for some time. Those areas converged for me in Truth at Work.Working with business Owners, Presidents, and CEO’s to grow their business, influence and faith is my calling. Through Truth at Work Round Tables I am working with business leaders to understand the unique calling they have. The calling of God to be a business leader as follower of Christ is a mighty place to be in the Kingdom of God.Leadership roles in building design/construction firms over twenty years helped shape my understanding and skills as a leader in the business world. At the same time serving for over ten years as an board member & elder at his church, Horizon Christian Fellowship – Indianapolis, grew my leadership in the world of ministry. These two worlds unite perfectly in the role of Chapter President for Truth at Work.

I've spent over two decades of my professional career working on projects starting in the design process. Bringing construction input, expertise and perspective to the building design process is one of my strengths. In addition to very significant projects I have been blessed to worked alongside the very talented, committed team at Schmidt Associates.
