Franklin, Tn

Working with contractors to design and complete the construction of new office. Negotiating contracts for $30M+ warehouse line. Negotiating and completing agreements with major banks to have SMG set up as a correspondent lender and as a 'designated underwriter'. Worked with IT to develop hardware & software solutions which allowed SMG to integrate it's mortgage loan processes. Hired, trained, managed a staff of 65 including 4 underwriters. Directed $5M - $10M bulk loan sales to banks and other secondary market lenders. Served on several boards including the BBB of Middle TN. Produced "The Consumer's Edge", the #1 rated locally produced TV show in Middle TN detailing mortgage products & options.

Nashville, Tn

Developed mortgage loan broker clients nationally. The company was a lender on the secondary market soliciting, underwriting, processing, buying and closing loans assigned by 1,000s of mortgage brokers throughout US. Those loans were then sold in bulk to major banks and other servicers. Hired, trained, managed 200+- Account Executives. Created and led week long training program at the home office for hires from the entire country, graduating 20-30 recruits per class.
