Sometimes mortgages can be very complicated, and not everyone’s documents are digital, so trained, enthusiastic team members need to be available to help. We offer a large product line, and as new things come into the market, we add them to our portfolio to make them available to our customers. We are the #1 lender in Missouri, for USDA, and for HDC government bond programs. We are also a direct seller to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I enjoy helping team members flourish and develop into leaders who understand how to align their goals to corporate objectives and contribute to the business’s longevity. I’m strong on sitting down with people and developing a plan with them for their career. I’m proud to say I promoted several Branch and Regional Managers into positions where they can manage, originate loans and take their career to the next level.
