Inventory accuracy improved from an estimated 70 to 75% to an achieved actual 98-99% eliminating the need for the yearly 2 week production shutdown for physical inventory. • Developed and set-up all new scheduling, inventory numbering and control, Bills of Material, and shop floor tracking, routing, and control systems for the largest company.• Working with a software developer designed, implemented and concurrently went live with a “real time” bar coded inventory system for the new manufacturing ERP software system eliminating the old paper inventory transaction recording system.
