Provides expertise toenterprise efforts that impact Witron technology, such as Archiving,Business Continuity, etc. Maintain awareness of best practices employedby other companies using similar Order-to-Cash technologies and modules.• Interacts with Packaging clients, consultants, developers and endusers to review, interpret business and functional requirements asdirected.• Assists with the development of technical specifications, workestimates and project schedules to meet defined business requirements.• Performs tasks as needed to achieve on-target development,testing, go-live and sustain activities per published plans. Alsoparticipates in activities of other ITSS groups, such as Unix Services,IRM, RADS, Connectivity, BI, etc. as directed.• Trains to become an Witron and Order-to-Cash technical knowledgeexpert within the company and a source of information for other groups.
