During the companies rapid increase in annual revenue, I worked to create dynamic and programmatic changes that helped grow the staff five fold without the associated attrition of original staff that typically accompanies this type of growth. Created and coordinated all of the teams and the project managers for each team. Was ultimately responsible for all client communication. Personally secured the largest clients for the firm and managed all project and business relationships with those clients which led to a ten fold increase in annual revenueOur larger clients included: US Army/Bosch Aerospace, Mattel, Hasbro, Leap Frog, and Fleet Management Services.
