Manage 3 teams/58 employees on global supplier management, procurement order execution, and internal plant purchasing• Manage Lenovo global 100+suppliers including contract, price, and terms& conditions to achieve $200M+/year purchasing.• Manage suppliers’ RTV (return to vendor) lead time & price negotiation and operation tracking.• Develop vendor pool for grey market sourcing • Reduce parts purchasing MOQ from 2000/500 pcs to 50pcs/5pcs for different commodities.• Create KB postponement model to reduce MOQ to 1 and LT from 60 days to 14days• Introducing component planning for the motherboard by aligning with ODMs.• Daily purchasing order fulfillment management
