Manufacturing is in my blood; I followed in my father’s footsteps by becoming a Mechanical Engineer, and eventually working on cutting edge turbine engines for Pratt and Whitney. Later, I worked for Deringer Ney developing methods to produce parts with precious metals for the industrial, medical, and automotive industries. During the 2009 recession, I faced a difficult time after being laid off. However, I viewed this as a challenge and blessing because I found my true calling and became a recruiter.Having been in the manufacturing industry for ten years before becoming a recruiter has given me a leading edge among my competitors, and has taught me how to provide the best possible service to my clients. I am proud to announce the opening of my own company, The Gabriel Search Group. Now on my own, I'm devoting my efforts to help clients and candidates become leaders in the Manufacturing Industry.
