E-Store is a national commercial arm of the YMCA in Australia. It sources and wholesales uniforms and retail product for YMCAs in Australia. It also designs and manufacturers product under licence from YMCA Australia.

We initiated & influenced cultural change through leadership, increased transparency in reporting and through the empowerment of staff and stakeholders. Through my work overseas, YMCA Australia established itself as a key and influential contributor to the international Movement.With an amazing executive team and a courageous Board we led a successful national response to the investigation by the Royal Commission on Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, we made YMCAs safer for children with the implementation of a child protection policy which all YMCAs implemented and abide by. Finally – a poignant demonstration of YMCA values, we recognised our past and provided an equitable and survivor based approach to redress for survivors of abuse that occurred in the YMCA. Show less

This company was the trustee for the YMCA superannuation fund. It was the default fund for YMCA employees across Australia. By 2014 it had been transitioned to an industry fund, HostPlus.Successfully led the transition process of the fund on behalf of the trustees, to HostPlus, including management of the ASIC and APRA regulatory process.

Together with the Board and executive team led the transformation of a small YMCA into a large leading Western Australian NFP.
