I am currently working with Pulse as a Senior Consultant. My initial role will be to support the US sales organization for both Pre-sales and Post-sales opportunities. Increase sales for the Pulse Portofolio of products as well as to improve customer satisfaction position. In addition, I will provide consulting expertise regarding the Domestic Routing, Complex Network Optimization and Margin Management.

My engagement at Cox dealt with delivery of a Least Cost Routing and Margin Management Solution, as well as provide Business Analysis and Project Management to several additional Voice Services initiatives, one being the Nationwide rollout of Cox Voice Self Install trial. I was instrumental in defining and documenting the Operations M&Ps, Run Books, as well as the Self Install customer documentation. I was also involved in several other Voice projects User and Software Requirements Definitions.

The engagement with Compuware dealt with a complex customer advocacy turnaround situation. An ongoing software project was in serious jeophardy of failing. My job was to turn around the project implementation and to bring some project methodology and consistency to the table. Installation was completed and continued into BETA testing.

I was part of a team that developed the Telecom Engineering organization. Subsequently, implemented large-scale professional services engagements dealing with (VoIP & TDM) Least Cost Routing, Tariff rating/costing, Billing Reconciliation, Margin Management and Network cost efficiency improvement for major long distance phone companies saving multiple customers millions of dollars. Was responsible for on-site program management as well as customer care. Duties included: Engineering Team leadership and management, Jr. Engineer mentoring, Project development and management, Development and documentation of new Engineering Processes and procedures, Work Flow strategies, Client Engagement strategies, New Sales Opportunities, New Product Development, and Professional Services Development, Line Cost Management and Billing Reconciliation, Tariff Database Development, and Engineering and Financial Reporting

Managed a Voice Cost of Service Reduction initiative, cutting over $2 million per month of unnecessary network costs. Advanced several key Voice Services projects by implementing new work processes and procedures. Duties included: Manager of Voice Network Engineering, Voice Network Routing and Translations, Financial Margin Management, Vendor Contract review and negotiations, and Billing Reconciliation, Billing Mediation platform integration, Documentation of existing Billing and Contract strategies.

Director of Network Provisioning and Engineering of large scale VoIP CLEC network. Deployed backbone network as well as local serving area (Network POPs). Was responsible for colo design, deployment, negotiation, and buildout. Duties included: Network design, Project Management, Strategic and tactical business development, budget development and management, financial analysis of competitive network contracts.

Provided technical design and Project Management for BellSouth’s LNP (Local number Portability) system. Acted as BellSouth’s industry forum representative.Duties included: Systems Analysis, Business and Systems Requirements definition development, software development liaison to Accenture, LNP/Number Pooling consultant
