    Jivaro Professional Headhunters partnered with VMware’s staffing organization in July of 2013 by providing them access to some of our most seasoned headhunters in the support position of CDR. Essentially this launched our RPO / SA business.What started with 3 Jivaro Headhunters, and was scheduled as a 3 month trial run, quickly blossomed into a much stronger partnership with Jivaro providing 13 Headhunters for the project that is still on going.Because this was our first RPO / SA opportunity, I took a hands on position for a few months so I could better understand what VMware needed from my staff. I really enjoyed the experience and found the team at VMware to be top notch and some of the best internal recruiters I have worked with. In this position I was assigned to support several business units as a CDR / Sourcer, with the primary focus being Sales and Professional Services positions in North and South America. I found the experience to be enlightening. It showed me the battles an internal recruiting organization faces are not so different from those agency recruiters do. It also helped us launch our now growing RPO / SA business.
