I was asked to join Vera by its CEO, Ajay Arora. What started as an 18-month engagement where I would create and implement the hiring plan, instead blossomed into a 3 1/2 year engagement.Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and execution of innovative and cost-effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire and retain motivated people.Staffed, managed, and coached, an energetic recruiting team of 3 Recruiters, 2 Sourcers and, 1 Coordiator, to deliver excellent recruiting service, communication, and results.Ensured effective infrastructure was in place by creating, evaluating, and modifying, as required, all talent acquisition processes.Drove continuous improvement through managing performance metrics.
