As an Educational Technology Consultant at Kent ISD and an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University, I have over 21 years of experience in designing and delivering effective technology-enhanced learning solutions for PK-20 schools. My mission is to help educators integrate technology into their instruction in meaningful and engaging ways, and to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the 21st century.I have extensive expertise in blended and online learning, instructional design, adult learning theory, and Project-Based Learning. I have developed and implemented innovative courses and trainings using various platforms and tools, such as Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, Zoom, and others. I have also provided coaching and consulting to teachers and administrators on how to leverage technology to improve student outcomes and organizational performance. Additionally, I have managed complex edtech projects and programs with a collaborative and results-oriented approach, involving multiple stakeholders and partners. I am passionate about sharing my practical knowledge and best practices with current and future educators through teaching courses on educational technology leadership, blended learning, and assistive technology at MSU. I am also an active member of the professional learning community, serving as a board member for the REMC Association of Michigan and a Quality Matters Course Reviewer. I am committed to empowering teachers and positively impacting students through technology.
