My name is Ronald Eagle and I am the President of U.S. Operations for HQ Aero Management (US) Inc. I started HQ Aero operations in June of 2000 in a small office in Clarksburg WV. Our mandate was simple. Supply the best possible personnel to the aviation community, with the most reasonable cost base. We stated at the time our goal was quality not quantity. A decade later we have been fortunate to build a customer base that agrees with our principles. My aviation background allows me to understand the urgency of returning a disabled aircraft to service, and the need for supplying technicians who care.Prior to becoming the Vice President of HQ Aero Management (US) Inc., I had obtained 25 years of progressive experience in Aircraft Maintenance Operations, program management, sales and marketing and contract administration. I became familiar with aircraft systems, from my days working as an Avionics Systems Specialist. Over the years I have been involved in Operations Management of a variety of aircraft including the De-Havilland Dash-8 and the Army’s C-23B+ cargo aircraft. I have also been directly responsible for production, quality assurance, maintenance, production flow, and operations with these particular aircraft. I retired as a Cheif Warrant Officer 3 from the military with 23 years in the United States Army and Air Force combined, and also served on active duty during Desert Storm, and later was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. HQ Aero Management (US) Inc. has continued to grow, which necessitated our relocation from Clarksburg to our present head office in Bridgeport WV. Based on our growth and the continuous request for our exceptional services, we opened an additional location in Oviedo Florida in 2006. Our goal was to offer the best customer service to all our southern clients.
