Job Responsibilities :1. Plan and execute FTTx construction scope for the maintenance points2.Project BOQ/SOQ/CAPEX/HP validation for project starting.3. Mobilize resources for project execution as per defined project plans4. Mentor and guide the team for better performance5. Adhere to quality and safety norms for project execution6. Ascertain completion of measurements and bill certification in K2 & REIMS portal.7. Update real time data in geographic information system, tools andapplications(M-CONSTRUCT, GEOMETRY, QGIS,ArcGIS)8. Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment andfire policies.

1.Designing new systems and processes for the introduction ofnew OFC products or for the improvement of existing ones Implementation of Process flow using Process control plan &process flow charts.2.Increase line efficiency/output by eliminating waste, throughkaizen, line balancing, DIMAC, 5S & TQM approch.3.Line balancing and improve FTR of optical fibre Manufacturing.4.Analyze and find root causes for the product failure. IntroduceCorrective, Preventive majors and improve First Pass Yield.5.Support new product introduction on manufacturing line, inorder to improve quality of product and to minimize downtimeand scrap.6.Elaborate actions plan, audits to preventnon conformity product situation.7.User of ERP system (SAP) for viewing of BoM,production plan & calculation of FTR on daily basis.
