About Roni Kramer

I'm the founder and CEO of Kamedis, specializing in groundbreaking patented skin products formulated with botanicals used in traditional Chinese medicine.Entrepreneur and investor.I consider myself a connector: of east and west, tradition and innovation.Fascinated by the botanical system's healing power, I researched further about it, consulted with experts across Asia and the United States, studied with masters of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Chengdu, gained excellent knowledge and an MSc from ACTCM College, San Francisco.Motivated by the will to heal people Since 2000, I started my first clinic in Tel-Aviv and practiced Chinese medicine to help my clients have better wellbeing and healthy skin. I later became involved in developing new, clinically-proven solutions for chronic skin conditions, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern innovation. It was then, back in 2003, that I founded Kamedis to bring dermaceutical therapies to patients around the world. The company now sells globally and has three registered patents specializing in skincare.Chronic skin condition is a growing problem affecting almost all of us at some level. Alongside the traditional solutions at the marketplace there is an increasing need of consumers to have safe and effective products for long term use. Today more than ever consumers are aware of harsh ingredients, balanced skin microbiome importance, and the issues related to ethical sourcing of ingredients and consumption.As someone who experienced skin discomfort most of my life, and cares for the planet and nature conservation I am totally committed to this challenge. Something different: As a book reading addict, and since my neighborhood lacked a bookshop at the time, I founded the successful "Simple Story," a Tel Aviv-based independent bookstore and publishing house for the Hebrew edition of Granta – the magazine of new writing.I'm always happy to meet new and creative people.
