As a trainer, coach, and facilitator in organizational development I focus on leadership, teams, cross-cultural competency, and diversity and inclusion as powerful tools for developing this human capacity. I learned early in my career that humans are complex beings. With over 15 years focusing on the dynamics of human interaction, this assessment remains constant. I believe that it is this complexity that provides an organization with its potential to thrive. I have a master’s degree in Intercultural Relations with a focus on how culture informs how we interact with each other. I focus on working across cultures at multiple levels: country, organization, business function, learning style preferences, generations and family background. I conduct training within multiple platforms; formal and virtual classrooms, outdoor physically challenging settings, and blended learning formats.I lived in England and the Netherlands as a child, and in addition to the U.S. I have worked in the UK, Europe, Dubai, Singapore and China. From my own mistakes and successes working on multinational teams, I recognize that understanding how individual perspectives inform our interactions is critical to leveraging this diversity of talent to achieve desired results.
