FLAG is an award winning foreign exchange organization which places high school students with loving host families for one semester or one school year across the country. I hire and manage a team of Local Coordinators across the country to recruit, vet and support host families and high school foreign exchange students. I am specifically looking for Local Coordinators in the state of North Carolina and SW Virginia, but can hire anywhere in the US. Blue Brick began as a company that purchased distressed homes, renovated them and resold them. We specialize in historic homes and, in fact, own and have renovated our own mid-1800s era Bedford County farmhouse. As the years have gone by, we have expanded to taking on projects for clients such as Total Action Against Poverty, individual home owners and property management companies. We are Class A licensed for both residential and commercial remodeling and building.

CHS is a private, arts-based high school in downtown Roanoke. We have an enrollment cap of 60 students in grades 9 - 12. Our curriculum has a strong focus on writing skills as well as the arts. We have strong science and math programs including two state of the art science labs. Our focus on the arts includes a new 150 seat theater, music lab, painting studio, gallery space and film editing studio. As a small school, we are ideally staffed to aid students in the college application process and have students in colleges and universities all over the United States including University of Pennsylvania, UVA, VT, and many others. Many of our graduates have gone on to graduate schools some as prestigious as Yale University and The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Our student population is diverse and is made up of many different socio-economic, racial and religious backgrounds. Our male to female ratio is approximately 1:1.
