I create and implement our annual corporate marketing plan, which comprises email communications, sponsorships, advertising, event planning, promotional items and other individual marketing initiatives for our 19 advisors. Creating, forecasting and balancing the annual marketing budget is an integral part of this process. I work closely directly with senior management to provide counsel on high-level strategic decisions as well as operational planning and execution. I have acted as project manager for our full website and intranet redesign including researching suppliers by creating RFPs and creating budgets and timelines. The maintenance of the website and the intranet are also my responsibility- I use a DNN platform and can do basic to intermediate coding as well. I approve and manage all client communications, from editing, design, and obtaining compliance approval. We use a complex CRM to streamline much of our external marketing initiatives.Organizing and hosting events is something I truly enjoy. I ensure that all eventualities are well thought-out beforehand to create a memorable experience for all guests; this includes coordinating and facilitating internal meetings and events. Being an expert user of Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite makes me an invaluable resource for our firm, allowing us to do much of our creative copy in-house.
