With over 13 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, I am a test and automation expert who is passionate about improving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I currently work as an Assistant Manager at Flex, a leading global provider of innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions. I lead project management in automation from proposal stage until deployment, manage overall test equipment utilization with minimum downtime, and identify needs to improve processes and help drive the implementation of these changes.
