Module leader for Practice Research.

In this project, I facilitated the production of an immersive winter forest installation at Tyntesfield House, a popular National Trust Property in the Southwest of England. The installation is part of a broader project hosted by Super Culture that aims to engage diverse community groups in a festive spectacular.

I currently moderate a range of UAL Art & Design programmes from Level 1 through to Level 4 Foundation. In this role, I am responsible for keeping standards high for myself and others and ensuring fair treatment of learners across the UK. Stakeholder engagement and quality assurance are key to the success of this role. I have completed 2 successful moderation periods so far that have both required high levels of communication, digital skills and the ability to prioritise my own work load.

After a year long scholarship, I am commissioned by the founder of the artyteacher.com to contribute to the website that aids the professional development and confidence of Art Teachers internationally. I create engaging articles and blog posts to share pedagogy, perspectives and ideas. My resources have been used by teachers as far as the USA.

I recently worked as the production assistant for NOEL WEST! (Bristol's best kept festive secret) presented by Tobacco Factory Theatre.Noel West was an immersive theatrical production telling the story of how Knowle West residents transform BS4 into Noel West each year. Titled 'Noel West' the debut immersive production from Lights! Lights! Lights! is described as 'a heartwarming story of togetherness and joy' and an 'illuminating, real-life tale of human spirited generosity, staged against the backdrop of the cost of living and environmental crises.In this role, I worked closely with the lead producer to ensure smooth running of the event from doors open to close. Due to the alternate staging of this production, I relied heavily on my communication, personal organisation and digital confidence to ensure effective running. I also managed the audio for Artist performances as we navigated through the festive Knowle West landscape. The Bristol Post wrote that "It is something I have never seen before" in it's 5 star review.Arts Council England Supported Project.

Promenade was a programme of location-specific artworks, activities, and happenings along the coastline and Weston’s seafront promenade. In this role, I collaborated with the project producer to assist in planning and delivering an exciting new outdoor visual arts project for Weston.One of my responsibilities was to produce digital content and manage social media accounts. Engagement with our online content increased by 160%+ every month. I worked with commissioned artists to document and showcase their artwork across various channels. Further to this, it was my responsibility to liaise with external arts agencies to generate momentum and create a profile for the event. This involved creating and organising various press releases for print, web and radio. Stakeholder engagement was paramount for the success of this pioneering project for Weston. I followed policy to ensure content and documents were accessible and engaging for a wide audience.Alongside a wider team, I helped organise the Weekender logistics, health and safety and installation of artworks across the seafront. This involved utilising my technical skills in curation when installing various installations across the promenade.This project is supported by Arts Council England, Culture Weston & Visual Arts South West

I have sold paintings and drawings that are now part of private collections across the UK, NI & Europe. I won the Batsford Prize for Fine Art and was shortlisted for the the CASS Art Award. I have presented bodies of work at solo shows and group shows across the UK and taken part in artist residences that include the Sidney Nolan Trust and Arcade Cardiff.
