As a Senior systems and network administrator, I am responsible for managing and maintaining the Windows server environment, including security updates, backups, and user accounts. I also configure and monitor the networks with FortiGate firewall, ensuring optimal performance and protection from cyber threats. Additionally, I administer the Office 365 suite of applications, such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as the SharePoint and Moodle platforms for online collaboration and learning. I provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and stakeholders' mange google Workplace, and document best practices and procedures for system and network administration.
