- Vision - Drive and execute the company vision, strategy and roadmap of building a global web design platform Pros and SaaS customers. - Results driven - lead the product to become profitable in 2023, increase product satisfaction by 7.5% and customer expansion from all segments by ~20% YOY.- Leadership - manage, mentor and hire a product group of 9 product managers, 11 UX designers, and 3 content. Currently, direct manager of 3 product directors. - Accountability for strategic projects, utilizing new technologies and methods: implementing AI technology to enhance existing features and implement new ones, integrating a newly acquired headless ecommerce solution, implementing PLG initiatives such as A/B testing and product adjustments to support company growth and more. - Customer focus - including discovery work, initiation and implementation of UserVoice system as part of ongoing product strategy, ongoing communication with key enterprise customers including vision sessions, community discussion etc. - Execution - defining and managing the Product org’s OKRs. Monitoring, reviewing and optimizing execution and performance according to company goals.

- Overall responsibility for all Duda products including: set product goals, define detailed specifications and wireframes, set product values, success metrics and prioritization till final launch. - Roadmap - Set the general product roadmap and priorities per company's strategy- Market analysis - Conduct user testing, partners' interview, competitor analysis, customers' surveys and ongoing usage and flow analysis. Define changes and action items accordingly. - Management - managing the product team including UX designers, web designers and copywriter.Managing cross functional teams. Working with all company departments and teams (in Israel and Palo Alto); R&D, QA, PMs, customer success, sales, marketing.

- Rebuild and relaunch the first Duda responsive website builder and every feature in it including new and improved capabilities to fit Dudas' values, goals and target customers. - Dedicated Pro (resellers and agencies) tools and capabilities: widget builder, white label platform, permissions model and more.- Personalize rules system – tool that enables site owners to customize their site to display the right content to the right visitor.

- iOS, Android and win8 product responsibility- identify, manage, and prioritize clients requirements, features and road map based on existing inputs, support / apps reviews and competitive landscape.- Define and detail new features and UX flows (BRDs / PRDs) taking into account all user cases and different platforms abilities.

- Define business marketing requirements (MRDs) and product specification according to the business objectives, market research and competitive Intelligence, while defining specific goals and KPIs- Product and marketing manager of the 888poker Mobile application- Implementing Gamification concepts and UX perception
