Current•Building and Establishing HR and recruitment operations in the company.•Accompanying employees through their entire employee lifecycle, tending to their work needs, and responsibility for the complete payroll process and all social benefits.•Providing HR support to employees and managers, advising management regarding employees and HR issues. •Building and executing an annual employee welfare plan. Arranging welfare activities including: birthdays, holidays, weekly happy hour, producing company events.•Managing a full-cycle recruiting process, starting from defining job descriptions, sourcing and finding the right candidates, up to the final stage of signing contracts, while developing strong partnerships with recruitment managers.
