o Handled claims in subrogation by writing contentions to be heard in intercompany arbitration through Arbitration Forums to seek reimbursement for the customer and Allstate. o Reviewed and documented the claim file in NextGen and independently developed an arbitration strategy based on state specific laws and statutes while following the guidelines of subrogation and arbitration. o Served as the Subject Matter Expert for the development and beta testing of the Total Recovery Solutions (TRS) platform and assisted in training other employees and leaders in the adaptation of the platform.o Attained arbitrator certification and functioned as a Certified Arbitrator, hearing cases in Arbitration Forums to ensure Allstate maintained a 1:1 ratio to remain eligible to file arbitrations on the TRS platform.Leadership Experience & Developmento Served as Chair of the African American Workers Network (AAWN) Employee Resource Group, by managing a budget and leading a team with the goal of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through unique events and experiences that highlight the African American employee experience.
