Claims Training Consultant
CurrentWorks with sponsors to design and deliver complex training initiatives for the business.Responsibile for design, development and implementation of all organizational onboarding.Occasionally delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers.Monitors effectiveness of training initiatives using the Kirkpatrick model as well as collects feedback on sessions for future improvements.Serves as the resource assigned to complex training projects to include multiple modalities including; eLearning self-study, blended, virtual, ILT, and flipped curriculums.Serves as the lead role for the work group focusing on trainer development.Works closely with the training manager to design IC benchmarks for the training organization.
