My Agency represents multiple Insurance Companies. I assist and help individuals and family's get enrolled into plans that provides the best benefits and fit budgets. We are ACA certified.

I absolutely love working as the Consortium Assistant. I perform multiple job functions on a daily basis. I am the assistant to the Director of the Consortium department. Here at The Nelrod Company we work with 200 + Housing Authorities. It is my job to market weekly classes, schedule and moderate trainings. I market and target non partners to join and take full advantage of The Nelrod Company’s benefits in all departments. When I am not marketing, I am in charge of delinquent accounts, maintaining awesome customer service, and administrative duties. I create and work off multiple programs and excel documents. We conduct an annual conference yearly where I market partners and non-partners to participate. I also manage and train temp staff we bring on to assist me. I am in charge not only of a small staff but all billing, registrations and correspondence affiliated with the conference.

I was in charge of calling, contacting a high volume of potential clients for all marketing needs. Scheduled multiple appointments and maintained incoming calls. Worked with multiple website designers, and proofed samples of potential web designs. I promoted the company, and all the services that were offered. As an independent employee I was solely in charge of tracking and keeping up with follow ups, and scheduling.

We marked to high schools with multiple campaigns; Don’t Text and drive, Stop Bulling, as well as all team spirit items. I promoted the items and services. I quickly moved to the call service department. This was where we call local companies to request ads on the items for their local schools. I also took care of all billing needs and information.
