Before joining Aetna, Dr. Levy was a principal with RHR International, specializing in senior executive development and talent management. Her work with C-suite executives and their direct reports has included assessment, on-boarding, development planning, coaching, team effectiveness, change management, and succession. She worked in companies ranging from family businesses to Fortune 100 in industries including food, pharma, healthcare and nuclear power. Dr. Levy dual specialized in research-based treatment for anxiety disorders as well as neuropsychology. She trained at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy and completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Rusk Institute of NYU Langone Medical Center.
