Why? My passion is to develop personal and organizational hapinness and success. I enjoy seeing how by reprogramming our brains we can promote both wellbeing and business results.How? In my work I combine my academic knowledge in Brain Sceince (B.A. and M.A. in cognitive science) together with my broad experience as an organizational consultant (including 10 years in Lotem - Israel's biggest consultancy group) . I teach Neuro-Positivity tools (brain science tools for positive mindset and success) as a keynote speaker in conferences as well as in lectures and workshops in many leading organizations. In my Neuro-Leadership workshops I help managers develop their leadership skills using brain science. The Talent Management Programs I lead in organizations are designed to enhance leadership skills for the new world of work, focusing on 3 dimensions of management: practical, emotional and mental. Where? I work with companies from various sectors, including HiTech, Finance, Industry and more. I also work with the public sector, NGOs and educational systems.I am passionate about my work and love helping people and organizations to shine!
