My law practice focuses primarily on civil litigation in New York state and federal courts.

I have been painting since 2018. Today, my artwork can be found in Israel and throughout the United States. I typically paint floral still life paintings and mystical scenes of Jerusalem.

I am the owner of a fine art gallery in Manhattan specializing primarily in Jewish and Israeli fine art.

The International Center for the Study of European Jewish Art and Art of the Holocaust was established in January of 2015 in New York City with the purpose of promoting research on European Jewish art and art of the Holocaust, including art looted during the Holocaust, furthering the public's understanding of the roots of Jewish and Israeli art, furthering the public's knowledge of European Jewish art and art of the Holocaust, and ensuring that the lives and artwork of the great Jewish artists who risked their lives to paint during the Holocaust are remembered for eternity.

As the General Counsel of the Tower of David Museum, I provided legal counsel with respect to corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, and labor law.

At S. Horowitz & Co., I was an Associate in the firm's Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Hi-Tech practices and specialized in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions across a broad range of sectors, with a special focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing.

I founded an international boutique law firm in Manhattan specializing in cross-border transactions involving U.S. and Israeli corporations. The firm specialized in both commercial and corporate legal matters as well as litigation and international arbitration.

Broad-based experience in corporate law, including broad-based experience with joint venture agreements; broad-based experience providing legal advice to corporations on various regulatory, transactional, and corporate matters, including state and city license laws, general business affairs, and dissolution and receivership proceedings; advising leading international diamond business with offices in the United States, Israel, and other countries regarding regulatory and compliance matters; counseling New York corporations with respect to tax issues; counseling corporations with respect to intellectual property matters. Broad-based experience representing large banks, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies in commercial, financial services, and employment litigation in federal and state courts. Broad-based experience representing real estate developers and working with construction professionals, including architects and engineers, in real estate litigation in state court. Broad-based experience researching points of law; drafting pleadings and motions; arguing motions in court; managing large-scale document productions, including electronic document productions; taking and defending depositions; representing clients in court and at mediation proceedings; facilitating and drafting settlement agreements; providing counsel to Israeli corporations on New York commercial litigation matters. Broad-based experience in labor and employment law, including experience with legal matters involving employees working overseas.

Broad-based experience in corporate law and securities, including drafting agreements for multi-million dollar cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; drafting by-laws and board resolutions for high-tech corporations; conducting due diligence reviews for high-profile corporate transactions; forming high-tech corporations and providing ongoing legal assistance to publicly and privately held high-tech corporations, including assistance with regulatory matters; preparing SEC Form 20-F Annual Reports and other SEC filings for high-tech corporations. Broad-based experience in cross-border and domestic commercial litigation, including intellectual property litigation and technology-related litigation. Broad-based experience drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law; facilitating and drafting settlement agreement for a world-renowned high-tech corporation for the resolution of a dispute involving allegedly defective computer chips; facilitating settlement of a dispute involving claims of copyright infringement between two large Israeli companies. Broad-based experience advising high-tech corporations on various aspects of labor and employment law, especially non-compete agreements and non-disclosure agreements.

Responsibilities included grading papers and exams in Public International Law courses at the Radzyner School of Law; conducting research regarding legal issues relating to a country’s right to self-defense, defenses to prosecution for war crimes, international boundaries, and other legal issues relating to public international law; reviewing treaties and decisions of international courts and tribunals.

Responsibilities included researching points of law; drafting major court decisions in commercial and product liability litigation, several of which were published in the New York Law Journal; conferencing cases with counsel; participating in motions in limine, trials, and settlement conferences.
