At Brighter Minds Tutoring, we focus on the individual student to teach all levels of math, chemistry, biology, physics, history and language arts to students in a one-on-one or small group setting. in a small molecule Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) early stage discovery group•Performed high-throughput, mass-spectrometer-based, cytochrome P450 (CYP) inhibition studies. o Developed 96-well-plate assays to screen compounds, on a weekly basis, for potential inhibition of five major CYPs by use of six different mass spectrometry probes. o Used CYP inhibition IC50 data to determine structure activity relationships between compounds within each project.•Determined the kinetic solubility of small molecule compounds by use of a 384-well-plate format.•Presented data at project team and department meetings.
