• Create product rollout timelines based on the need of a show
• Monitor timeline risks and plan mitigation strategies
• Facilitate training and demo sessions to all product adopters

• Work with Product Owners in completing all runbook needed to setup the product

• Accurately update, publish and manage content across Reed Exhibitions’ event websites and platforms (e.g. Blogs, E-commerce etc) using agreed content from content marketing teams.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with agreed KPIs.
• Check on key word performance and general site performance in Google Analytics and report back issues and recommendation to the Regional Demand Marketing team on a weekly basis
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Test event website on new and various web browsers on a regular basis
• Update time references and GDPR requirements in footer of websites or other locations.

Create fully functional/responsive Wordpress sites based on designs provided through PSDs. I also maintain and troubleshoot current sites that needs to be fixed or improved.

• Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into the product release cycle
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under minimum supervision to support deployment, integration, and maintenance of Trend software products within clients’ networking environments.
• Will provide first call case resolution, software/network troubleshooting and proactive support services
• Manage a diverse and complex scope of support issues directly related to the use, support, and implementation of Trend Micro products and solutions, with effective customer skills required on-site, over the phone, and.
• Effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues
• Participate in all projects including building vendor relationships

I have provided support to international clients through chat based on the Bigcommerce platform. It included some minor HTML/CSS codes and mostly E-commerce based support like Domain, SSL, and Mail client setup.
