Managed all aspects of Product Development for Portfolio Insight, a cloud platform for RIAs including fee processing, portfolio modeling & rebalancing and performance reporting.• Stabilized development process by completely redesigning the Program Management process.• Launched flexible Fee Processing application inclusive of Advisor View providing transparency. • Designed Model Management and Rebalancing module as the centerpiece of "Rep as Portfolio Manager" function. • Drove release of Performance Reporting inclusive of 3rd party classification integration.

Structure financing for Solar, Wind, Off-Shore Wind, Hydro and other Alternative Energy Projects with a focus on tax equity.• Provide in-depth project and partnership financial modeling to assure realistic, optimized project capitalization.• Successfully financed a 7.5MW Hydro facility in Oregon which monetized $20MM in state and federal tax credits. • Negotiated lease structure to monetize federal credits in $50MM tranches for leading residential solar installer.

Successfully completed conversion of large High Frequency Trading (HFT) Introducing Broker onto new Citi platform. This new platform is based on Broadridge along with key internally built strategic components - most specifically a new trades processing layer. Led strategic design and execution to build this platform which will serve as the foundation for all Citi back office processing. Analyzed and implemented functionality across trading, operations, reporting, and compliance activities.●Recognized for delivering forecasted annualized savings of at least $10MM.

● Grew services portfolio to $150M in revenue with Market Maker, DVP, Active Traders, and RIA.● Developed Merrill strategic planning for launch into Retail Clearing Market including deep analysis of all functional areas: Managed Accounts  Retirement Products  Corporate Actions & Dividends Trading & Processing  Customer Service  Client Communications Cash Management  Broker Workstations  Clearance & Settlement● Navigated $100M acquisition and integration of ABN Amro Clearing & Execution Services Division into Merrill Lynch, leveraging synergies to strengthen service offerings to institutional broker dealers, upgrade ABN client interfaces, and eliminate non-profitable contracts.● Directed development of third-party money manager platform from scratch to more than $20M in just 2 years

Developed strategic business plan for domestic hedge fund and registered investment advisor (RIA) servicing business. Designed and implemented Web-based RIA/Hedge Fund solution called iPartner, an industry first offering integrated market data, security information, and time series reports.

Led product strategy development and execution in creating industry leading trade order management system. Helped guide organization from startup through aggressive growth to position for acquisition by ADP in 1996.
