I’m the oldest of five children, and the son of an entrepreneur. Growing up, I was an employee at my father's Carpet Cleaning, Painting, and Fire and Flood Reparations business. From an early age, I recall waking up early in the morning, getting a bagged lunch from my mother, and going with my father to clean up after a flood or fire. This instilled a good work ethic in me at an early age—but also a big focus on customer service. We didn’t leave a job until the customer was happy, regardless of their expectations.My time in the Army imparted a focus on processes and controls paired with the need to work well with everyone. These two things allow me to be successful in my roles today and throughout my career. After leaving the Army, I began my role as a line supervisor at Nestle. I rolled up my sleeves and applied my skills, work ethic, and comradery to work my way up through the company. I still retain an active forklift license and knowledge of line production.My unique perspective on how to work with others allows me to identify and implement programs that drive improvement.
