As the Business Analysis program lead I'm charged with the responsibility of overseeing and managing various aspects of the program to ensure its success.My role as a Program Lead is pivotal in shaping the educational experience for students pursuing Business Analysis courses. It involves a combination of educational leadership, curriculum development, resource management, and strategic planning to ensure the program's success and the success of its students.

Work with the growth team with our daily activities and tasks• Comes up with strategic initiatives to help the Utiva School to remain at the top and also ensure implementation of strategies. • Drive growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and demands are met• Support the team with content creation and marketing to ensure maximum results.• Support with outsourcing for guest and influencers for webinars.• Hosting masterclasses, consultation sessions and twitter spaces to ensure that the Utiva School is at the top of its game. • Manage internal relationship to drive program success.• Make calls to prospective clients and help them with a career guide.• Educate/enlighten individuals who are looking to get started in the tech space.• Convert prospective clients to the Utiva School. • Manages program calendar • Leading the Business Analysis program to ensure the overall success.
