As the Co-Chair and Trustee of Lead Foundation, I am responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plannings of the organization. My other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. I report directly to the Board of Directors.As the Chief Executive Officer, I am the Key Management leader of my organization. I report and work closely with the Board of Directors to seek their involvement in policy decisions and to increase the overall visibility of the organization.I Supervise and Collaborate with organizational staff in strategic planning and implementation. I am fully involved in planning and operation of annual budget.I serve as the primary spokesperson of Lead Foundation's constituent in media and general public.
