Current1991 to Present—IDEAL Industries, Inc. Currently responsible for developing and managing all training curriculum and instruction in the retail channel since 1998. Conducting 70 certified 1 day Residential Structured Wiring training events a year for contractors, associates and representatives for Home Depot and Lowe’s. Worked to develop a coop partnership between all other vendors in the Home Depot set and IDEAL for the last 15 years to conduct training on Low Voltage products.Manage my RonKipperDatacomm Youtube, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter social media accounts increasing IDEAL's awareness on these platforms and increasing product sales and customer satisfaction.I produce IDEAL product and sales training videos and courses for people to learn more about IDEAL and our products. I conduct a training program to provide technical training on low voltage applications like data networking, basic telephone, coaxial video systems and audio applications. The training materials I use are based on the NEC, FCC Federal Regulations and Industry EIA / TIA Standards.Datacomm Field Sales Manager from 1996 to 1998 working with Area Sales Managers to increase Datacomm sales regionally.
