Lead Specialist, Process Control Statistics
Responsibilities include support for production units and departments in establishing best practices to TS 16949. Develop statistical analysis approaches to support complex problem solving to analyze product and process robustness.Lead and develop the statistical support function for the validation of product performance. Analyze Design of Experiments (DOE) and Multivariate data analysis to optimize formulations and processes. Provide statistical support and training as required: SPC, Capability analysis, DOE, simulations. Provide support for investigations, evaluation of specifications, stability data trending, process capability assessment. Providing guidance in Risk Assessment and Control Strategy evaluation processes. Overseeing statistical methodologies and tools utilization to support product and process robustness efforts. Design of Experiments (DOE) and Multivariate data analysis to optimize formulations and processes. Develop process models that provide optimum process conditions for scale-up, robustness and manufacturability.
