Current• Own Marketing database and ensure data is clean, complete, and organized to enable advance segmentation• Own campaign management processes and metrics, support teams with A/B testing, reporting and analysis as required.• Own SFDC Campaign tracking and drive closed-loop reporting on Leads -> Opportunities -> Revenue, and ROI by campaign, offer, vendor or channel• Manage day to day lead management processes between Marketo, Salesforce, and other critical systems (e.g. Outreach… Show more • Own Marketing database and ensure data is clean, complete, and organized to enable advance segmentation• Own campaign management processes and metrics, support teams with A/B testing, reporting and analysis as required.• Own SFDC Campaign tracking and drive closed-loop reporting on Leads -> Opportunities -> Revenue, and ROI by campaign, offer, vendor or channel• Manage day to day lead management processes between Marketo, Salesforce, and other critical systems (e.g. Outreach and DiscoverOrg)• Administer and optimize our Marketo instance to make sure the program folder structure and program templates are set up correctly and operational programs run flawlessly• Document lead statuses and revenue cycle stages and enforce best practices in naming conventions and mapping of fields between Marketo, Outreach and Salesforce• Review current scoring model and recommend adherence to best practices• Deliver Marketing Operations requirements for campaigns across Marketing, Partner and Sales teams for tracking, scoring, program attribution, email• Help evaluate and implement additional systems and tools to optimize the Demand Gen and Go-To-Market functions• Drive transparent and strong Marketing and Sales alignment with clear processes, reports and dashboards• Provide the team with actionable insights on campaigns and nurture programs• Design and coordinate email and lifecycle communications.• Design and maintain nurture stream matrix; build advanced lead and customer nurture program.• Work with multiple 3rd party data vendors and Marketing partners to automate processes and tasks• Work with cross functional teams (Sales, Partner, Product, Marketing) and agencies for prospect and customer revenue lifecycle management• Support data preparation / upload / de-duplication for campaigns and lists as required• Be an operation generalist - perform campaign management, web form and lead management tasks Show less
