Coached and led merchandising team for Best Buy Stores in Shanghai, China. Spent 250 days in country in 2010 helping team in assortment rationalization, merchandising, and promotions. Serve as the merchandising liaison between the U.S. and International merchant teams. While in the U.S. worked on ad-hoc projects supporting merchandising efforts.

Led effort to successfully launch a new e-commerce website with an accessory attachment focus. Helped design the process to sell the basket on line. Managed teams in several different categories towards hitting and surpassing budgeted goals.
