Managed all aspects of marketing for Ontario’s premier boutique hotel, including budgets, branding, promotions and media relations; the efforts have garnered the hotel the top rated position on TripAdvisor among nearly 1,500 properties across the province. Shared management duties, which included producing hotel occupancy reports, identifying business trends to hotel ownership, and implementing quality assurance policies to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Organized special events for businesses and charitable organizations that garnered media interest and an increased profile in Chatham-Kent and across Ontario.
