Team included industry experts, partner managers, presales technical resources, and inside sales associates, focused on software revenue generation.• Implemented innovative sales initiatives, including competitive attack programs, resulting in 100% software business growth over the past 5 years; a 15% CAGR.• Created & deployed SaaS / Subscription sales training & focused Inside Sales team campaign resulting in order volume at 174% of plan.• Set up & managed Inside Sales team which accounts for over 33% of region’s software sales.• Rated #1 globally, out of 129 Esko managers, in the 2014 Associate Engagement & Management Effectiveness Survey.• Led a cross functional team in the successful integration of Cape Systems into the Esko business.• Directed one President’s Kaizen, represented the Esko North American business in two other President’s Kaizens, and represented Esko Graphics at a cross-business unit (i.e. VideoJet) President’s Kaizen.
