My focus for many years has been working with organizations to improve their IT Resilience posture by helping them assess capabilities, co-create and capture requirements, establish fiscally right-sized strategies, effectively operationalize and drive continuous improvement. The insight gained by those efforts and diverse perspectives I've been privy to along the way has been invaluable.
