My focus for many years has been working with organizations to improve their IT Resilience posture by helping them assess capabilities, co-create and capture requirements, establish fiscally right-sized strategies, effectively operationalize and drive continuous improvement. Associated domains are many -- ranging from C-level sponsorship assistance to governance to cloud architectures to disaster recovery to cyber recovery to DevOps to business continuity to addressing risk and technical debt.Throughout my career, spanning close to three decades, I have had the luxury of working with many incredibly talented teams and thousands of organizations across all industries. Most describe me as one who:• is genuinely invested in helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals• leads with empathy and thrives in ambiguity• is forward-thinking and delivers solutions when "there's has to be a better way"• is very thoughtful, creative and multi-dimensional when tackling complex problems With respect to the latter, I've been fortunate to have had many challenging roles over my career- from very early days as a database engineer; to executive roles for a large IT services portfolio; to having the opportunity as a product manager to create industry "Leader" service offerings; to the countless hours invested in IT Resilience initiatives. The insight gained by those efforts and diverse perspectives I've been privy to along the way has been invaluable.
