Marketing Manager
Current• Develop all operational marketing-related activities such as advertising, promotion, merchandising, PR, market research and printed collateral designs• Manages all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new skin care product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of skincare responsibilities• Work closely with company’s distributors and resellers to manage annual operational marketing calendars including new launch timing, sampling programs, advertising, merchandising updates, in-store planograms and printed materials• Analyze and drive with the operational marketing team a clear understanding of the beauty market, industry and competitors including current product trends in skincare and beauty• Work with creative to implement marketing direction on collateral• Oversee, execute and develop successful and strategic launches on-time and within budget for existing and newly developed products• Establish and maintain a clear communication between other departments within the organization to ensure promotional programs are in line with the brands objectives and strategies • Develop marketing and promotional calendar for each season and monitor implementation throughout production and development process• Regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales• Assist with the development of product, branding, positioning, and market segmentation within their category of responsibility• Manage A&P budget for all brand range• Responsible for beauty column write-up for major local women magazine publications
