Ron is the President and founder of RBL and Associates, Inc. in Terre Haute, Indiana. With 25 years of management, marketing and technology experience, Ron brings a very integrated approach to helping his small business clients. He has worked at large corporations like National Car Rental, Miracle Ear, Hertz and Budget Rent a Car in the US. His experience represents a strong working knowledge of the many facets of a business, corporate and entrepreneurial environment. Ron’s career background over the past 25 years has given him the experience to know if a company is doing everything it can to succeed.Ron has held senior management positions in operations, sales, marketing and human resources throughout the last 25 years. After beginning his career with National Car Rental where Ron managed multi locations and supervised the daily operations, Ron moved into the position as sales and marketing director for 30 locations in 6 different states. Selling to such companies as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, lead him into motor sports marketing where he was able to work with many of the different racing teams and product companies. Ron has used many ways in marketing, advertising, and promotions to help build businesses. He built a $100,000 yearly advertising program for one business with no money being spent.Ron completed his certification as a Business Consultant and Corporate Trainer from Ball State University in July 2008. Ron is a partner with Microsoft and working towards his certification and degree in information technology at Ivy Tech.Past Membership in Terre Haute Breakfast Optimist, Wabash Valley Human Resources Association, Strawberry Hill Cannoneer’s and sat on the board of the Wabash Valley Habitat for Humanity.Specialties: Technology in plain english!
