2010 winner of Safety Culture Award and the Charleston SC and Russellville, AL sites were selected as Plant of the Year for overall performance. Each location achieved ISO 14001 in 2010 and continue to maintain ISO 9000 status. My overall responsibility is for manufacturing operations along with sales and product development support. Our end products are glass fiber substraits used in building materials and techincal fabric applications.

The role of this business was to provide customers with an array of specialized services to strategically improve performance and drive operations excellence. Franklin Ingenuities provided management, manufacturing, marketing and sales consulting services.

The GAF MC glass group includes glass fiber and high speed continuous processes for wet laid glass mat manufacturing. The scope of responsibility included full functional operations responsibility for production plants in SC and TN along with domestic and export sales and marketing supporting these businesses. Each of these facilities are 7/24 operations.
