I used to be a classroom teacher. Despite loving my job, it took achieving National Board Certification to help me realize that my love for teaching and learning had grown beyond what the classroom could provide. The moment I learned about the data science, I knew where to direct my passion for learning. Throughout my teaching career, I have cultivated a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and problem-solving, honing my analytical mindset and attention to detail. Now, I am eager to leverage these skills and embrace the exciting field of data science, where I can apply my knowledge to extract actionable intelligence from complex datasets and communicate them to stakeholders.As a lifelong learner, I thrive on continuously expanding my horizons and embracing new technologies, methodologies, and tools. I have already embarked on this journey by completing the Google Data Analytics Certificate and enrolling in the Flatiron School for Data Science where I have learned Python, SQL, exploratory data analysis, visualization techniques and much more.
