Career Track: My professional growth has seen me in positions as Senior Staff, Accounting Supervisor, Single site Controller, and Multi-Site Controller\Comptoller\CFO for manufacturing, retail and entrepreneurial companies. I have advanced to higher level positions of responsibility in many of these companies.Selected Achievements & Skills · Eliminated inventory loss of $1.2M – On a $10.5M inventory, the company suffered a loss of $1.2M. After being promoted to the Southern Plants Controller (3 sites), the following year’s inventory was an unfavorable $75K. This was accomplished with a multi-facet plan. First, material security was initiated. Second, I then established material movement controls that not only accounted for the movement, but also the reasons for the movement. Third, I involved the engineers on a project to update the BOM’s and labor routings to reflect changes in the manufacturing and procurement practices of that location.Specialties: The big picture that goes beyond the trees.
